The assistance for our customers doesn’t stop when the equipment is sold. We feel responsible for passing on our technical knowledge, know how and operation instructions to anyone using our equipments. The technical instructions and user’s guides are available in multiple languages.
We organize on request practical trainings on customer’s site for installation, to help them understand better how to use our equipments.
All instruments purchased from us can be serviced, repaired, reset or calibrated (certificate included). In our premises or in the laboratories of our suppliers, repair and calibration work is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 Certificate. After consultation, it is also possible to maintain, repair or calibrate equipment that is not purchased from us.
